Proč dnes číst Hannah Arendtovou

Richard Bernstein is a leading American philosopher who bridges the American philosophical tradition (Pragmatism and Analytic Philosophy) with the Continental tradition (Critical Theory). At the same time, he was personally acquainted with Hannah Arendt and they had friendly but also critical discussions. This is therefore an author who has all the ingredients to write an excellent book on Arendt - and he has fully succeeded. As one reviewer noted, Bernstein's book will be appreciated by those who are just about to read Arendt herself, as well as by those who have read everything by her. In addition to the book's content, the book's interpretive aspect should be highlighted.
