What can I say about him if he's different every day? Except that he can be a bit grumpy. Or pink. Or he's rhyming. Sometimes it's mischievous. Sometimes it snuggles. Or has claws. He can be a worry. But it's always a best friend. And for the record, he can't be seen.
Noemi Cupalová together with illustrator Maria Urbánková, armed with scissors and coloured paper, have created an inseparable pair that is a pair only in little Mina's head. No wonder no one understands why Mína doesn't want to sit on the dentist's chair (she would have sat on the Animal!) or why she unexpectedly falls off her chair at school. There is a cross with the Beast. But without it? Without it, it's sad to the point of tears.
