Post Solis

On the beach below the Tropic of Cancer, young men roam about, rendering services derived from the movement of the sun across the sky, conspiring to rid themselves of its power. In Copenhagen, an IT consultant misses a business meeting and is instead seduced by a pale young man who initiates him into derivatives trading, a terrifying economy that has taken over the financial world. A grieving old man falls in love with a strange object in the desert; while his wife is at a concert in Las Vegas, he attempts to blend in with the object. In a city that might as well be called London, three people try to start a family, but are pressured by addiction, lack of money and a baby on the way. Consciously or unconsciously, they are all contributing to the end of this world by preparing for the next.
