Hairy polar bears, playful sea otters, sluggish sloths, prickly porcupines and slithery snakes are just some of the many animals we share our world with. Although we may not look like our animal neighbours, we have more in common with them than we might think. In this book, animals introduce children to the importance of treating everyone with sensitivity and compassion. We all want to experience love, safety, and respect, and this book can be a tool to instill these values in our children at an early age. Our planet is our common home and we should all be able to live a happy life, whether we have hands, hooves, scales or fur.
