The collection of short prose brings micro-stories of real personalities, characters from paintings or books, as well as fictional oddballs, mostly set in realistic settings (e.g. historical France, England, China, Bolivia, Brazil, but also Prague in the near future without electricity). Through them, moments of turning points are captured, historical moments in which things take a decisive turn, transform, and which determine everything that follows and explain everything that has gone before.
