Fine motor skills are involved in most of the activities we do every day. Getting dressed, putting on shoes, brushing teeth... these are all activities in which we engage it and which develop from childhood onwards. The more advanced the fine motor skills, the more independent the child is and the better he or she is able to participate among peers. This is also the intention of this book, which offers a range of games and activities that lead to the development of precision of movements, manual skills and hand-eye coordination, as well as fostering creativity, attention and imagination.
In the first part, the book offers activities to promote coordination, concentration, visual attention and dexterity. The next part of the book develops motor control and coordination skills. In the last part we find skills that are important for future writing. The book also includes 20 worksheets that can be used to develop fine motor skills.
